Just got an Xbox...Top 5 BEST Xbox games that I should buy?

I just bought a use Xbox about a week ago and I need a few games for it. I have been trying to pick. but I am kinda new the the Xbox and I can't ask just one person top picks. I looked at the Gamespot Top 10 list but I still want to hear what the people think. Any help would be nice. All I need is a top 5 because I will not get paid for a bit and I only need a few games right now.

Is Halo really that good?

Same goes for Halo 2. I know that the first one has a better story but, Halo 2 has better multiplayer.

I keep on hearing that Ninja Gaiden Black is a hard game. I have already finished Devil May cry 3 (Known as the hardest game ever!). But on 1-10, how hard is it?

I already have all the GTA's for my PS2.

I have played Morrowind and it's not my cup of tea. The same goes for Fable.

If you could finish Devil May Cry 3 then you'll be able to play Ninja Gaiden. Yes Halo and Halo 2 are both great games.

I just wanted to have all the last gen systems and I already have all next gen systems but the PS3. I loved my old xbox but it died a bit ago, so I wanted to get another.
