I have Morrowind and i absolutley love it. I want to get Morrowind GOTY but is it really worth it? What's different, is the map bigger, and is the map pretty much the same. Is the game pretty much the same? Please reply and thanks in advanced!
And where is that Pegas Horse Ranch, what city is it in? You can get horses in Morrowind right, not GOTY version, you can ride horses in the origanal Morrowind versions right?

No there are no horses in morrowind or morrowind GOTY. I say get the GOTY though it adds a bunch of stuff to the game.
No horses in Morrowind and they aren't really needed. I would definitely recommend purchasing the GotY version even with the regular verson.Tribunal adds the city of Mournhold and the pursuit of finding out why a god has waged war upon the city. Bloodmoon adds a whole island to the northwest with Nords and allows you to be a werewolf. They both have all kinds of side quests and characters in addition to the main quests. You can also use your regular version save to play the GotY, but once you save in GotY, you can't use the save in the regular version.
Hell Yea its worth it if your a big Morrowind fan you'll love GOTY the only thing that bugged me was that the graphics are the same but way more stuff on it best part was the Bloodmoon Ex.
I don't think I could imagine Morrowind on Xbox without it being GoTY. I mean, I really could, because I own a copy. But, I really would rather play the GoTY version any day of the week then play the regular Xbox release of it.

Lots are added and you can continue your morrowind save, so you don't need to re-do loads.
If I can help tip the scale on your decision Defenatly! If you like Morrowind oh boy GOTY will give you many extra hours of fun. Solthsiem itself (extra area) is awesome and have a whole main quest of its own, new transformation possability (though I personally dont recommend Were-wolf) The other extra area; Mournhold, the capital is very cool too and full of quests of all types. One cool feature is a Mercenary that follows you and can help you carry goods to split the wieght and fight for you. Very fun overall and also includes new weapons and armor over the original.
GOTY version adds the Tribunal and Bloodmoon Expansion Packs that were on the PC. It adds lots of new areas, weapons, and quests.
But is it worth a purchase? I guess so, but to get to the new stuff you'll have to trek through all that old stuff you've already been through.

What Plasmabeam said, except that you don't have to start over. You can just play on, just that now you can go (or rather teleport) to Mournhold city, which is huge, and take the ship to the new island, which is huge too.
