I love xbox even with all the new things out I still play it over my wii at most times does any one know if any new things are coming out for the xbox or should i just give up and live with what I've got =[}
its pretty sad the way they went out. sure they have the 360. but to close up shop in a blink of an eye without any consideration for people who take their time in considering which next gen system they'd want to get is kinda jacked up.
Yeah, unfortunately, Xbox is done. Don't get me wrong, I still have mine and have no intentions of retiring it anytime soon. However, the next system I buy will most likely be a PlayStation 2.
xbox is dead man, you need to scrounge up some bills and get a 360 or PS3. neither will dissapoint you imo. both have their ups and downs. but ifu have played xbox for so long u are probably more suited to buy a 360. its very entertaining.

There are still some excellent Xbox games that most likely haven't been played. Personally, I feel that is a better use of the money. :)
I agree! Now that the 360 has so much hype surrounding it, I can finally play all of those Xbox games I never got around to playing. Not to mention Xbox games are very cheap used now. I picked up Pandora Tomorrow and Chaos Theory the other day for about $20. My wallet is enjoying the price of Xbox games.
Yeah, X-Box is "dead" (I don't like that choice of words, but it's what everyone else is using).
But use that to your advantage. It means already cheap X-Box games will be getting even cheaper when stores have to push them out the door to make room for the next-gen stuff. If there are a ton of good games readily available, and CHEAP, is the system really "dead"?
Meh. As I am poor, and am young...therfore cant actually get job and pay for my own rubbish! I have to make do with what I have. Never giving it up...getting as much as I can, and thats better use of what money I have on those and as Garey 017 says, in marketing terms xbox is "dead" (I don't like that choice of words, but it's what everyone else is using).

When microsoft Created the 360 They completely abandoned the Xbox so they could concertrate more on the 360. yes there are still good games no one has played on the xboxbut if u wna stick with the times get a 360. WOW ( i like said 360 like 3 times:) wait now 4)

limpbizkit818 i like the 360 but I'm moving to ps3 because I'm a real big fan of mgs and if i want a xbox 360 I can wait till they go cheap and that most likely wont happen to the ps3 for a long time so ill bide my time =[}

I've got an Xbox Elite sittin' next to my original Xbox and I'm not gettin' rid of either of them. Seriously though, the Xbox was the way for Microsoft to be considered a contender in gaming consoles and set a standard on which future consoles and players could benefit, i.e.Xbox 360.

The system may be out, and since I need the money (and the space) I might get rid of mine soon (after I made sure all of the games I am interested in are 360 compatible, just like I am doing with the Wii), but it was a great system with its share of decent games.
