Should I sell my xbox?

I kind of want to sell my xbox so I can make some money in an attempt to get an xbox 360 (:D), the games I have with it are Castlevania: Curse of Darkness, Mortal Kombat Armageddon, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords, Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, The Sims: Bustin' Out, Gauntlet: Seven Sorrows, Midway Arcade Treasures 2, Halo 2, and Fable. The problem is:

1. My xbox doesn't work very well sometimes.

2. I'll never know if I might wanna play these games again sometime.

3. I'm kind of a pack rat.

4. I probably won't make a lot of money for this, so it might not be worth it.

So I just wanna get a couple of opinions, is it really worth it?

it's tempting... but you should keep it.

if you want to buy a 360, then buy it...has back compartibility so u can play almost every xbox games...but buy one later when they add the new hardware 60mm chip, so you wont get the red rings of death

but dont sell the xbox, might come handy

You'd be a fool to get rid of your Xbox. Just keep it.

It's not that it's just I was so desperate to make some money to save up for the 360.

Wait for a while to get a 360, lust look for a good offer and take the oppotunity, that will save you more money than selling your xbox. You don't get whatit's worth.

I was thinking about selling two of my systems that I really have no reason to keep anymore recently (Playstation and Xbox) but I decided against it.

I like owning alot of different systems, I don't know why, but I do. And also if your Xbox 360 breaks (like mine...) you will still have an original Xbox to play all of the older games on.

And there are always "modifications" you can do to your classic Xbox. Don't just get rid of it ;_;.

No. don't sell the original Xbox keep it so you can show it to your son, it a Peace of art when it first came it rocked the world so don't even think of selling it it is a Peace of history. ( Do the smart thing and keep it )
