Alright, sadly we will all have to admit that the Xbox is dead. But now, we can remember the Xbox game that was better than all the others...that matched the others...Halo: Combat Evolved. Well, that's my opinion, but you guys can argue over it here for as long as you want...keeping my topic at the top of this board for months to come. Anyway, let's begin.
For singleplayer purposes I'd say Ninja Gaiden Black, because it is simply one of the best games ever created so far and for a singleplayer game the replay value is huge.

And for multiplayer purposes or for fun battles against bots I'd say Unreal Championship 2 because every aspect of the gameplay is close to perfect and everything fits together nicely. There are some technical aspects which I don't like, for example bots are too good with sniper rifles in comparison to other weapons and the bot-managing options are rather limited. It would have been better if it was more like in UT2003/4. Other than that Unreal Championship 2 is pretty awesome.

Too hard, but I have to go with Halo: Combat evolved as well. I am always up to playing it, even over 360 games. I don't know why. If you want a better answer, than I would have to say Jade Empire. That game was fantastic from what I have played.
