There is really no difference between the Premium and Elite, aside from the extra 100GB of space (and that the Elite has onlythe HDMI cable included, whereas the Premium only has the component cables). Also, the new Falcon chipset is more prevalent on the Premium and Halo 3 Edition 360s. I would probably get the Premium if you're getting it now, as the Holiday bundles for the Premium contain Forza 2 and Marvel Ultimate Alliance -- it probably has most if not all of the stuff you want.
