Take a break from it for a while. Or go back and play a game that you really enjoyed.muthsera666
Yep, that usually works. OP, you probably play it a lot right? That might explain why, since you're playing it so much that know matter what game you play, you get bored.
I've done what is mentioned in the quote with my Xbox & GC and got back to playing them normally after a month of not playing them.

Same here. I go in cycles where I'm just not interested in playing. A lot of times, I wil then see a friend playing a game and then I will be interested in playing the game, and I'll start back into playing.
the Xbox has been smote down by next gen conlsoles. Upgrade.halobeatdown77
Never! Well, maybe not never, but it won't be for another couple of years, hopefully.
Since you bought an xbox. Im assuming that you have the Same interests for shooters,Racing, and Role-playing. Then you should get and Xbox 360 or a Ps3. But I think hat you should get and Xbox 360 first then a Ps3 Later.Madbhal402
Or just get a lot of really cheap, really good games...
The Xbox still has a lot to offer, but too much of anything isn't very pleasurable in the end. Only you will know if that is the case.
I can't help but think that Microsoft is missing out on making versions of games for the old Xbox like Sony does for their PS2; I mean, they have their new hardware out, but they still address the owners/users/people-who-spent-a-lot-of-money-on-them of the old hardware. There's something exceedingly unfair about MS just completely snubbing their own hardware the way they did/do the original Xbox.
It's also ironic when this action is taken by a company that prides itself on ensuring backwards-compatibility on their operating systems, particularly with regard to Windows XP and (to a lesser extent) Vista.
If you're really, truly, definitively bored with your Xbox, personally, I would not waste money on either an Xbox 360 OR a PS3; I would find myself a nice little PC to make a game box/media center (which, yes, you can do with the Xbox, but if push comes to shove, you will be able to upgrade the PC--and this you cannot and will not be able to do with either the Xbox 360 or the PS3).
That's simply the way they're designed: profit-friendly and user-antagonistic. My opinion, of course.

The thing is, though, that upgrading a PC can get very pricey. Consoles are good to go, theoretically.
Simple, get Ninja Gaiden Black, if your new do ninja dog to get used to the combat, and prepare to watch time fly.tylea002
I don't know. NG didn't really get me that involved. I'm not skilled at combos and the such, and so I had great difficuly with getting enough orbs to buy things at the shop...

same here. Until then....I love my XBOX and play it every day. I have always been grateful for what I have, and not worry about what I COULD have.
