XBOX Disc Tray Issue

Ok everyday I go to hit the eject button on my XBOX but it dosent open and I have to slap it on top of the XBOX to get it to open.

Eney one know a way to fix it? Or should I just keep slapping it till the day it or my hand die's?

That happend to me yesterday now i have to do that but when my games go in it loads for a while than the disc tray opens by itself.
