xbox live down? 30th oct

went to log in and i cant connect and it seems the xbox site is down aswell

is there a maintenance? if so how long is it gonna last?

First, there is several other threads about this please check before hitting the new thread button.

Second, it is the fall update and was supposed to be back online 1:17 hours ago....but asking for ontime updates is madness
