0/6 investigations completed...? (A.C.)

(Possible spoilers though i doubt it) Im on memory block 4 and i've visited and talked to the 3 bureau leaders in the 3 cities but i noticed i need to complete at least 3of6 investigation in each city to unlock new areas. How do I complete investigations. I've done all there is to do in the cities so i have no idea what to investigate.

If you havent alredy, u need to go find view points in the newer districts, they are usually open around that memoy block. If not look for flags =)

You have to go to veiw points (high buildings). Then it will give you things to do on your map which are the investigations. Like pickpocketing.grunt1096

thats the thing i have completed all the view points in the whole city...maybe i missed i city lol. i have no idea where i left off from yesterday

Each city has three districts. The first 3 memory blocks had you run through the first district in each city. Now that you are on Memory Block 4, you need to venture into the newly open district. The third district will still be unaccessable to you as of now. When you get the the new district, look for a View Point and grab that. That will then add all the new View Points to your map for that district, and show you the investigations near it. You can choose to grab all the new View Points or just do how ever many investigations you want until you get the approval to go after your target just like before. You do not need ALL the View Points.
