If anyone is planning on buying a points card just for this, you should just go to Kmart and get the Mass Effect 2 + 1600 MS points card deal for a total of $20.

I have silver and I just got Splosion man, so ya, you can buy it I heard that for some reason you needed a Gold membership to get the First Serious Sam game. Just that one game, but idk why.
I got Splosion Man and Turtles in Time. Was seriously thinking of getting Halo 1, but at the same time, I didn't want to be reminded of why I grew to hate Halo 2 and 3 so much. :?
I got Trials HD, Trials HD expansion, Splosion Man, Halo: CE, Greed Corp, Portal: Still Alive, a couple of Dance Central tracks, and I still had enough left to purchase P.S. I love you for my girlfriend. : )
I got Splosion Man(160), Portal:Still Alive(400), Zombie Apocalypse(400), that Secret Of Monkey Island game(400), Deniable Ops map pack(400) and for some reason I bought the cog armor for 160points, I don't usually buy avatar stuff but since its 50% off I bought it, now I have 60 microsoft points left.
