is the fact that u cant preview themes or gamer pics. There are a few themes and gamerpics that Id buy if I could know what they looked like. Dashboardthemes.com was a godsend but now that its closed theres no way to see the new released themes and pics. I know xbox.com has SOME previews and so does achieve360points.com but still. Would it be so hard to incorporate a preview system?

I refer to this as "Blind Buying"
I broke down and bought one theme blindly once and it was terrible. Had I been able to preview it I wouldnt of downloaded it if it was free.

MSs biggest mistake was being nice enough to give us a warning that our Xbox had expired,or more particulerly generalizing critical hardware problems to three red lights,now everyone who has RROD thinks its MS making faulty consoles and the heatsync failing,when in fact many of them are self inflicted problems from missuse
There will always be glitches in the marketing strategy, even if it's from megacorporations like MS. These minor things won't affect MS's net profit in the long run as long as they don't accumulate.

Many older previews have been removed from xbox.com so maybe he can't find the one he wants. Dont know about themes but mygamercard.net is a good place for pic's

Jesus Christ you need help. People buy points to buy specific things. No one buys points because they like the concept. The buy it because they want a game, theme, pics, etc. THEREFORE they would sell more points if people could see the things that they are interested in buying.

Thats the point. People to contact them and complain because this can be easily fixed. For all the people who say this isnt an issue...never start your own company or handle your own money...or reproduce for that matter.

exactly. And yeah bean I think if people could see the actual monetary value of the points it would help with purchase decisions. Also the way they sell points in the marketplace is stupid. I usually just buy cards but the other day I wanted to by rez hd when it released at like 3 AM. So i decided to just buy it through the dashboard but there is no 800 points option. They always make you buy a little more than you need so that youll have some left over to encourage you to spend.
