the worst music and the worst customer support! 7h3us3d
I agree. Two different technical support agents and a supervisor hung up on me in the past week. They still haven't solved my media sharing issues...
I also agree with the music and the customer support. Both terrible, like the company.FlippyBP
ok go have fun with your ps3 whichhas no good games for months/next year. i dont see how you say that when they have issued a very expensive warranty extension that costs them like a billion dollars i think? i have only heard good things about the customer support when they called to have their 360 fixed. got it back in like 3 weeks i think, works great for him.

I don't have a PS3, in fact I hate it the most. The 360 is awesome, it's just that Microsoft sucks.

Worst customer support I have ever had to deal with. Gave me the run around for weeks and never solved anything. They lied to me and admitted it later. Not to metion the fact that they are all foreign so you cant understand a damn word coming out of their mouth, not trying to offend people just stating the facts. And in the end I was out $50 because of their incompetence. They SUCK!!!!!Rockfan_66
They aren't all 'foreign'.. I had Americans both times, you just got unlucky.
