it's not even music it's just random buzzing and ear-splitting sound effects it sounds like a dial-up internet connecting. you'd think if they're gonna put their customers on hold for 45 minutes at a time it would at least be pleasurable.

ok go have fun with your ps3 whichhas no good games for months/next year. i dont see how you say that when they have issued a very expensive warranty extension that costs them like a billion dollars i think? i have only heard good things about the customer support when they called to have their 360 fixed. got it back in like 3 weeks i think, works great for him.

I don't have a PS3, in fact I hate it the most. The 360 is awesome, it's just that Microsoft sucks.

The customer service is great! I got very friendly people that helped me very well both times I called and when my friend's system broke he got a free game, I mean, how can that be bad!
Worst customer support I have ever had to deal with. Gave me the run around for weeks and never solved anything. They lied to me and admitted it later. Not to metion the fact that they are all foreign so you cant understand a damn word coming out of their mouth, not trying to offend people just stating the facts. And in the end I was out $50 because of their incompetence. They SUCK!!!!!

They aren't all 'foreign'.. I had Americans both times, you just got unlucky.
They still SUCK. Ok maybe like 99.9% are foreign and suck. I cannot express how much I hate those damn call centers. How professional are you when you lie to your customer and then another time another rep admits it. When I had my lauch PS2 fixed and got raped like 3 times atleast they didn't lie to me about it, aside from never admitting that disc read errors were their fault for using crap hardware.
