Yes, they use the same servers and the multiplayer belongs to Halo 3, and yes you're paying $60 for the DLC.

They probably will release them later on. Bungie said that they didn't have plans to make those maps available for DL. They will be exclusive to ODST owners, but you never know. They could show up for DL somewhere down the line, but you may be waiting a while for that.

It was kinda good, but It didn't make me like Halo any better and I couldn't enjoy Fire Fight because I have never enjoyed Halo's multiplayer, I kinda had to force my self to play yesterday.
