Yes, but if you want to download a lot of stuff, it's best to get the 120G HDD.

you actually only get to use 12 or 14 g of the 20 g harddrive. you can roughly fit 9-12 demos. matters by the size of the demos. if your not gonna be downloading movies the 20g option is great. but if you will be downloading movies on your 360 then i d recommend you get the 120g option. which is the elite. if i were you, i d suck it up and just pay the extra money and buy the elite. but thats for you to decide.

Demos are 500-1500 MB and you can delete them whenever if you don't want them anymore. If you want to download movies, You should get the 120 GB hard drive. With 20GB, you may only fit 4-5 movies.

Well I would say the average demo is probably around 800Mb and really after you play it a couple times you could probably just delete it. I mean unless you want to download movies and save them, 20 Gb is usually enough.

Most demos are 1GB and the 20GB HDD only has 13GB to begin with so not that many demos.

But then again its not really needed. Delete when you dont need them anymore.

Ive had my 360 for 18 months and have 11GB free.

i think if you buy the 20 gig hard drive ull regret it in about 2-3 years when you have videos and game updates and files piled up. Ill probably end up buying the 120 gig in about a year

Get the Elite. 13GB runs out faster than you would expect.

That's mostly because of the virtual memory installed on the hard drive, also if you buy the elite not only will you have more space, but more virtual memory as well.
