2005 launch 360

Does anybody still have one of those and if so does it still work?

I personallydon't knowanyone that has one around here from 2005. Mine was a March 2006 and it was about the oldest I heard of still running, and it RROD'ed this year.

Do you want one as a collector's item or something?

It wasn't from RRoD though; it stopped outputting audio and video one day and would never work.

my buddy's which was bought on day one died from rrod jut last week.

my oldest one is a 2006 unit keeping it boxed just to rip music cause these newer ones do not rip all my cds for some reason

I have one. Red-ringed once a year or so ago, but still works like a charm.

My Playstation 2 that I bought on that launch day still works. :)

My Jan 06 Xbox 360 was working fine until I traded it for a 250GB Slim this past June. My buddy still has his launch day 360 and it works fine.

I bought mine around March 2006 . it was a core system. I bought the HD Seperately. Never had a problem.

Wow you need to put that thing in a museum somewhere. With all the problems they had with the launch PS2s there can't be very many of them still operational.

That's what I've been saying!! No longer do I use it very much anymore, but since I lost my BC PS3 a few months ago, I pulled it out of the closet and booted it up a few times and it's worked perfectly.

My launch system RR'd late last year. I got around to doing the pennny fix a few months ago and that lasted until about a week ago. So now I got a 4gb slim
