3 month gold card not working....

i bought a 3 month gold card from rogers video and the code you enter was smudged a bit but i entered it and it tells me that its not a valid code
please help i dont want to get ripped off $27

My best suggestion to you is to contact Microsoft via their website (http://support.xbox.com/en-us/pages/xbox-live/get-started/default.aspx), explain what happened, and see if that code is already in use. If it is, you got ripped off.

That usually happens to me but I type it in again and make someone check for me then it usually works. But if that fails call microsoft
