hi im just trying to update my 360 by burning a cd from the official xbox website ive made sure ive copied it right but when i go to boot it up on my 360 it just keeps saying the disc cant be recognised and it may be dirty?? i just want to know if its happened to any of you guys out there and if thers a way round it, cheers

Can u get it sen tto you by xbox support? Also look out for official xbox / 360 mag as they sometimes have it on the cover disc :)

you can transfer the updates with a flash drive.
