I think you need Gold because my bro tried to download the FIFA winter roster and wasn't able to because of his Silver membership. You can get a gold membership at Circuit City this week for 39.99.

thats right you can do antything but online multiplayer so if you cant download a demo its cause its a multiplayer demo
