360 Eject Button is stuck lol

My warrenty has expired a while back. The 360 eject button is stuck. I cant press it in, and sometimes my 360 randomly ejects the disk. Now When I try to eject from the dashboard it says opening but the tray does not move an inch. Would using the 360 DVD controller eject work?

The button is physically stuck down?

Sometimes I get the same problem, when iit happens I just put the system horizontally and it ejects the tray.
