360 Freezing!!!

I got my 360 back about 3 weeks ago from repair, and it instantly starting freezing. I called up xbox and they deleted some corrupted files on my 360. That seemed to solve the freezing issues up until this point. Now my 360 freezes on the dashboard, game demos, and regular games within a few minutes of playing. Has anybody had this problem or have any insight?

i must be very lucky

i bought a used 360 and the only thing wrong is that when i put it horizontal for about a week it kept freezing but vertical it works close to perfect
