360 freezing what should i do?

   While im in gameplay my 360 seems to freeze in everyone of the games that i got and played. Is there anyway i can make it stop or should i just call microsoft and tell them what is happening to it? If you have any ideas let me know plz.

my 360 did this look on xbox support try the solusions.

if none of these work need to send if to be fixed. hardware problem.
