360 games you felt had the best visually stunning colourful environments.

I've played some great games lately, but sometimes get tired of bland or colourless environments..

What 360 games would you say boasts some of the most colourful visually stunning environments?

Just wondering

Mass Effect, Brutal Legend, Darksiders, Enslaved and Red Dead Redemption all rate pretty high on gorgeous environments as far as I'm concerned.der_spudmeister

If there is one good thing I can say about Final Fantasy XIII, it is that it has really beautiful environments.

Mass Effect was beautiful and I've heard great things about the environment in the new gen FF games (and thats it :D). Call me bias but I have always thought the halo series had some wonderful surroundings that were often overlooked.

Back in the day, Halo 3 had some nice looking colorful environments.

Castlevania Lords of Shadow had some pretty amazing backgrounds/scenery.

The game itself was trash IMO

As someone else said Red Dead had an incredible world. I often stop and just look around at the mountains and the sun setting, it's really well done.

Prince of Persia ( 2008 ) had some very eye pleasing visuals, it might not be going after the real life effect (not sure if you are looking for any environments in general, or if you wanted more artsy ones ect) but certainly helps keep the game interesting. Another game I am playing through right now that has varied and beautiful environments is Lost Planet 2!

I know I'm going to get hell for this but I'm going to say Alan Wake.

Bastion ( XBLA Games ) i'm not kidding .

Red Dead Redemption was such an amazing immersive world.

Based on your criteria I'd say Enslaved hands down. Yes there are a lot of visually stunning games but Enslaved does the bright lush landscapes better than any other so far.

For a world full of color this summer you should play Bastion its part of the summer arcade on xboxlive and oh the music and gameplay is great too.

Alice Madness Returns did a good job.
IMO it coulda done better.
But the scenery was still pretty awesome...not as awesome as her hair :P

red dead would be at the very top for me. i also agree with mass effect and oblivion
