I thought the demo kisosks were debug units and those discs won't run on retail units.. did you try to load them in you xbox ?

I think the discs will run on any 360 but will turn it into a "demo unit". What that means, or what it does, Im not to sure... But I would do some research before putting them into your disk drive.

And I think they are supposed to be property of MS so I dont think you will be able to sell them to anyone but an extreme MS fan?!?

they run just fine. it will kick you off of live though. it would be good for someone that doesnt want to store content on their HD. Plus they aren't readily available to anyone like OXM discs. I need to make a list of what exactly is on each disc.

I should clarify by "kicking you off live" I mean it will temporarily disconnect you, not ban you or anything.

Do they disable any other features, as far as you can see I mean. I was just under the impression that putting one of those in your 360 will seriously mess it and the harddrive up. And by mess up I mean make it useless to the average user.

It runs totally fine and does not mess anything up. It just temporarily disconnects you from going online until you are done playing the disc. I played a bunch of these discs just fine on my new Elite. My friends have these discs and no problems. Many store employees that have the same discs have never reported any problems on their console.
