360 noise

Is there anything to lower the noise coming from the 360? I know u can save games on the hdd but even though ur on the menu the console is still making noise..

Don't use it? That is the only way the thing is going to be whisper quiet.

My xbox is very loud as well....I dont think there is anything you can do about it, besides installing games like you said.

be careful with the blanket idea you might end up red ringing it.

If you have it sitting on a solid surface put a cloth or something under it. It will lower the noise abit as it vibrates on solid surfaces alot.

Get a surround sound system or headphones then the noise is no longer noticeable...lol
