If you enable the ability for your iPod to be used as a storage device you may be able to do it.
P.s. you can stream music from a PSP though. My friendswouldlook at it and just shake their heads.
There is an option update for ipods within the game addon section..not sure if it works with ipod touchrinker03The update you're referring to is to give the 360 the ability to read and play un-DRM'd AAC files, since it would be common for an iPod user to re-rip their mp3 collection into that codec (since it's actually quite good for music). I think the iPhone/iTouch thing has more to do with signal voltages (a mechanical thing) than it is a software thing, since this has been a problem with many of those iPod integration systems made for cars that either can't read the newer iPhone/iTouch at all, or can read it, but won't charge it.
Only older iPods work on the 360 and PS3. iPod Touches and iPhones do not work. The reason is how they're programmed to handle their storage. Older iPods used to use the USB Mass Storage driver to handle communcations between it and host machine (for Windows anyway), but starting with the first iPhone, Apple changed the format to a proprietary form of the Media Transfer Protocol, I'm guessing for protection. Because of this, the 360 and PS3 cannot read the data off of them
There is your explanation.
You mean you expect your APPLE product to work on a MICROSOFT console? Hehe, aint gonna happen man. seankane:P that's so true!

my nano works so do all ipods except touch and iphone......
:o
Well they used to work because they had an update you could get. They still have the update on the marketplace but it doesn't work with the apple products ever since nxe they stoped using it foe some reason.
there was an update for the old ipods but there is nothing yet for ipod touch... the 360 won't read it coz the ipod touch doesn't work on a hard drive but with something called a flash drive... if u plug it into ur windows pc it won't appear on My Computer as a drive either... only itunes can read it... anal really
