360 qusetions !?!?!

will the new 360 (the black one with 120gb hdd and hdmi ) have wifi? and i hate ps3 but how come 360 cant copy music from a mp3  but ps3 can . cant an update fix that ???? is the iptv think free or do we have to pay for that???? and last whats next for the 360 what other things is is capable of????
