Hey, I have a question for all you people who recently got there 360 repaired, how long did it take for your xbox 360 to get repaired and how long did it take for it to show up as active repair on service.xbox.com?
I called and ordered my box on 9/10. The box arrived on 9/14 and immediately reshipped. They received it on 9/14. I have not yet received my unit back.
Do not rely on the service.xbox.com website, the status is innacurate.
mine arrived at repair centre on 9/25. still haven't recieved it back. im starting to get really pissed off i haven't been able to play halo 3 yetcrusher2002000
I hear you dude, mine is shipped not too long ago. Fortunately my brother and a few of my friends have it so I'm still getting to play Halo 3, but I'd much rather be playing it on my 360.
i've sent my 360 in like 4 times now... anyway the TOTAL return time averages around 18-24 days. when i say total i mean from the day u call M$ to the day u get it in the mail (just for clarification)
September 5th is the date they told me to prepare my xbox 360 console for shipping i assume. September 18th is the day i got the shipping materials, i shipped it the following day. I'm not 100% sure but i think it took about a week and a half to get to the shipping center, I'm in Canada B.C. to be exact and the shipping center is in Toronto so i guess it was reasonable. They Repaired it sometime in October and Shipped it to me on the 5th the package is currently in transit. I'm praying it will get here sometime this week because i really want to play Halo 3, they also have not emailed me a tracking number or updated me via email luckily i check the service.xbox.com site every day! so all in all its been a very long a ss time!
i figured mine would be really quick when i live 45 mins from the repair centre. like honestly i could have drove there quicker and got the box then wait for microsoft to send it to me
ok i got mine back today. five minutes after it was on, i got the RROD. another month of no halo 3...aching546
if u r serious that **** sucks man. if that **** happens to me when i get it back im going to trade it in ( it shouldn't break five days after u get it back)
