Hey guys, I have just gotten xbox live and my wirleless adapter, when plugged in, flashes red once as I insert it into the usb port. Is this a hard ware failure or something?

Have you gone into your xbox 360 settings and selected the internet settings once there let it find a wi-fi acces point sellect your network and then you can either let it automatically fill in the details ( apart from the WEP key ) or you can manually fill in the details. If this problem continues to persist then connact microsoft support or take it back to the place of purchase as it may be a hardware failure.
