5 Broken 360's in 1 year!

My mate has broken five 360's, they have all fallen victim to the dreaded RROD

what do you recommend he do about it so he is forking out all this money for new xboxs

Can't you just go back to the store you got and trade it for a new one or send it in instead of spending all that money?

some of them may not have bin under warranty i don't no he trys not to talk about it lolAntiTyler

Every single 360 ever made is still under warranty against the RRoD.

Tell him to get a PS3 or Wii and report back here later. If the PS3 or Wii dies too, then it has something to do with your friend. Maybe he has too electric of a personality. Maybe he's cursed?

i don't even have a ps3 and its my friend im talking about

i personally think that ps3 fails in comparason to the 360

i was in that boat 5 times my self 1 of which isnt for rrod, and they refused to fix it

but ya theres nothing us can do either get ms to fix it

b get a brand new one

or c go with the ps3 or wii or getawii and 360 ,, so you or your mate doesnt use the 360 24 7 or what ever he use it in the long run i found out 360 will be faulty no matter what at least the ones from 2005-2006 and early 2007

not sure of ones made late 07-08 i heard their supposed to be better

Breaking 5 xbox in a year ?

there's 3 explanation for this :

1. Maybe he's just stupid.

2. Maybe he's playing by banging his head to the xbox (cause he's a PS fanboy but his parent bought the xbox cause it's better than the PS 3 for many reason).

3. Maybe he's playing the xbox in a very hot room, tell him to buy an air conditioner. Or maybe he's playing too much, tell him to get a job and a life.

Besides the fact that this is obviously fake, Microsoft would cover all those under warrantly, for FREE

Tell him that keeping his xbox 360 in the oven is not the best place for a heat sensitive device

You got to be kidding,

I personaly had a launch 360 and it never broke,

sold it when the elite came out and none of them have broken yet.

Your friend is not careful with his console or you're just trolling.
