5th anniversary Oblivion

Does anyone know if/when the 5th anniversary edition of Oblivion is coming out on the xbox and if/when it is coming out in Europe?

I don't think any new content will be added. I thought that it may include the smaller DLC that the GOTY edition didn't have, but it seems it won't. I might be getting it just for the "Making of Oblivion" DVD... that should be really interesting.
