720p tv, component and hdmi about the same?

You wouldn't notice much of a difference. You would only notice a difference in 1080p.DarkRider23

It depends on alot of factors HDMI is suppoused to be better but it really depends on how your tv handles the analog signal if you have hdmi use hdmi most tvs do a better job via hdmi but that doesnt mean component cant be just as good at 720p 1080p or any other resolution.

If you use HDMI you get the "Optimal" choice. Which is the best and will make a diff.
