MOHaashkilla... personally, I found Halo to be very overrated and got same old same old very very quickly. Bioshock, Blue Dragon and the wonderful GTA are for me much more important than Halo 3.
I wonder, when the uforia for Halo 3 ends, will people be on the forums saying, "Halo 3 is.... Halo 2 one and a half, it's not a true sequel. It feels very...old school" or something along those lines.
Will people reach a point when they say to themselves..."I spent 60 bucks...for this?" (depends which version you buy)
Halo is very popular, one of the most popular franchises in the world, but the thing about franchises is... the game becomes immaterial because the name sells it all.
Ask yourself... had you never heard of Halo before, would this really be something you look forward to?
By the way, I might get slandered about this post now, but it's my opinion and it's something I can see happening in the future. Halo depends on the Hype, and right now, the hype is all around us, but hype wears off. I read that a lot of people were disappointed by the Beta... whereas I feel it was more a demo than a beta, so what you see, you're pretty much going to get.
