If i get all those than what is Micrsoft visual basic 08 express good for? I mean what do i make on that, it has to do something. I am taking video tutorials on it should i keep doing that? Just please explain what this does. Also if i get all those in the link can i use them all for one game? how do you that? So, yea please answer that -

1. Can i use all the tools on one game i am developing?
2. How do you do it? Just by saving and opening?

3. What does microsoft visual basics do?

1. Yes, although you might not need to.

2. Yes.

3. You need a Visual Studio product to access the XNA libraries. I believe you need C# and not VB.

4. My apologies for misleading you about the Creator's Club membership yesterday. It appears you do need to subscribe in order to get Torque X for free.

Whoa, you made a thread? Didn't even see it!

Anyway, Game Development really isn't my thing - so I wouldn't know where to start either. Visual Basic is just a program which allows to you quickly integrate various components and code them, all with a great interface and set of tools. I've used it a few times before (VB 2005), and it's pretty good. What this has to do with XNA? No idea.

Like I mentioned before, this whole XNA thing is new to me, and I haven't researched it enough to fully understand the procedures. But, a great thing with XNA is it's community, and I bet you could get A LOT more help in the XNA Forums. Try it out, since everyone there probably has some sort of GD experience.
