so right now i'm an hardcore pc gamer but i'm sick of upgrading my pc every 2 years, getting games late, not being able to play a lot of games, worry about fps drops, bad console ports ext. ext. i'm just sick of all of these and i want to relieve:D so please answer my questions:)

1. Is it possible to use keyboard&mouse on EVERY Game? i don't think i can play a fps without my old buddies.

2.I have an 22' Samsung 226BW. Is it possible to use it? What would be the quality compared to and hd tv?

3.What about my Logitech x-230 speakers. can i use them too?

thnx in advance.

Keyboard and mouse isnit supported however it doesnt take long to get used to a controller.

I used a Acer 22in LCD monitor via VGA and its great.

There should be a Red and White sockets on the back of your sub, the R/W sounds leads just plug into those.

Yes, it sucks but a controller doesnt take that long to get use to. Its still great fun.

I'm both a console and PC gamer and I have to say, which I choose depends on the game. I wouldn't play an RTS on my console as the mouse and keyboard are, imo, essential for gameplay; but I only play FPS on my console.

As for the TV, I play on a SDTV and it's just fine. Some of the text may be hard to read, but it doen't really affect gameplay at all. It won't look as nice as on your PC, but it's not terrible.

You'll have to use a controller, but it won't take long to get used to.

As for your TV I play on an SD and it still looks really good, just some of the text is small.

Your speakers will be fine.

That is for PS3. It even says so in the title. Forget about your PS2 experiences. FPS is better on 360 and the 360 controller is 100 times better than the PS2 controller.

No offense, but you do know there are going to be certain games that are going to be PC only, that you are going to wish you had a PC Gaming rig to play that game. just like there is going to be console games that you want to play also. As far as the whole keyboard/mouse FPS thing, I'm pretty sure you better just start getting used to doing it with a controller. Personally I prefer playing FPS games with Keyboard/Mouse too, and really don't mind upgrading my computer every 2 years or so, I actually enjoy it and only do it when its needed. Anyways, good luck to you, but I don't think I could ever give up PC gaming.

i bought my xbox in august 07 and was a mouse and keyboard player on fps games and couldnt play them before. but only took me a month before id reached the same skill on a pc mouse and keyboard with the xbox pad. the quality of the games, graphics and amount of people i know who have xboxes as well totally helps you get over not wanting to play. when previousily from nintendo 64. to original xbox and ps2 i gave up straight away because my pc could kick out better graphics and better games for FPS games. but the games and community on the xbox 360 over took my pc and soon got to grips. because the games were that good it was a incentive for me. should deffos go for it mate. dont worry about mouse and keyboard. stick in and after a few weeks you be where u were. try alterering the sensitivity of the pads to your required levels. very high seemed to do the trick for me.

I used to play my 360 on my computer monitor before I got a new TV. It looks incredible. And with the VGA cable, I hooked up the audio to the line-in jack on my sound card. Of course, my computer had to be on when I played, but it pretty much stays on all the time anyway. What I'm saying is, you'd be quite happy with your monitor and speakers. I'm no help, however, in regards to the keyboard/mouse question.

(dont rly post much but for this instance...)

about your 'controller problem' well i too had a ps2 and its not too responsive or well-suited for FPS's, but when i got a 360 i found that the controller is practically perfectly suited for FPS's. Proof is most FPS reviews for multi platform games are have a btr 'feel' on the 360's controller; i believe most non-stubborn people can believe that.

So if your a FPS lover, 360.

(btw if u want any ques about 360, just ask i was planning to get a ps3 as i got a ps2 but when i checked in more i decided 360 was my more favourable option.)
