A game with a good and unique multiplayer?

Alright, im totally new to the xbox 360, only had it for about 4 days, and I'm looking for a game with a UNIQUE multiplayer, not the usual FPS shooter like cod4 (which i played on the PC for about a year). I perfer multiplayer games with unique stuff like resident evil 5, grand theft auto 4, and kane and lynch deadmen, they all have cool multiplayer modes, rather than the usual deathmatch and stuff. I've already played all 3 of the games, now I need to decide on other games to get, can anyone recommend me some?

Oh yeah, forgot to mention a few facts:

I already own left 4 dead for the PC, and damn it got mad boring after 4 months.

Also, no halo or gears of war, sorry :P I dislike halo and I just dont have interests in gears of war 2.

Shadowrun. It actually tries to go for a different multiplayer setup, but unfortunately big-name shooters took the spotlight and made players leave this one in the dust. there's still a decent community, though.bulletsword

If you want uniqueness then think about this. How many shooters have magic in them? How many shooters have magic and 4 different races in them? How many shooters have magic and 4 different races and used to be an RPG and then was turned into a shooter? How many shooters have magic and 4 different races and used to be an RPG and then was turned into a shooter and is called Shadowrun? I bet there arn't many......

Left 4 Dead is a really good game, 4 player teamwork required co-op. also survival mode and versus mode PLAY AS ZOMBIE :D

GTA IV is cool as all you really do is smash into each other with helicopters or have a massive war in the middle of the street lol. + DLC is brilliant adds a new story and more multiplayer game types.

Forza motorsport 2, compete online for credits, buy and sell your cars in the auction house design cars etc.

Red Faction: Guerilla, That has a fun MP and is pretty unique itself for what it is. If you into demolishing structures, then ya its for you. Being able to demolish a building to get to your opponent is always fun.Deranged_Devil

Definately the most unique multiplayer of any game currently out, I'd say...

I would suggest Battlefield: Bad Company.

Shadowrun is the only unique FPS on the 360.

There were alot of games listed by people to be "Unique" but I don't find them so.

Halo 3, Rainbow Six: Vegas (1 or 2), and CoD2 and Gears of War 2 are really not Unique.

The upcoming Borderlands.

Non stick to PC my man, I would suggest checking out borderlands upcoming and definately MW2 for pc. As for Xbox I dont know any good upcoming titles worth buying that you cant get on PC.

But if you must invest in something, let it be from arcade, like castle crashers :)

trust me find a lot of good friends play halo 3 ( I know you dislike it) and play Custom games. They redefine unique, I spent 3 hours last night playing a Halo 3 equivalent to duck hunt
