A Glitch in Oblivion-Vampire Disease

Recently I have entered the world of the shivering isles people have been saying you seem ill like the vampire disease. I look through my inventoryand no signs of the disease. Later in the isles People wont even talk to me. So I go to Cyrodiil people still wont talk to me even though im in Daylight and not burning. So I go to the arcane university to do the quest for the cure and its not even in the chat area that I can ask. But as soon as i leave he just says I look ill just like before.

P.S. I have caught the disease before the Official Vampire disease But i Did do a Cure disease potion every time.

So my quesiton is. How do I fix this?

And if Possible. How did this happen?

If you go into the Mothman cave before starting/completing the Thieves Guild, it will glitch out the last two tasks for that guild.
