Ok, so i gave my acount info to a guy who i found trust worthy, so he could glitch me an achievment( ya i know its lame to glitch an achievment but i couldn't be bothered to get it) but when he had my acount he bought a game with my 1200 microsoft pionts. he said that he thought i was paying him to do it, when i told him there was no way in hell i would pay for one achievment, he said he'd pay me back. but now when i send him messages asking when hes going to give them back he doesn't reply. hes starting to piss me off so is there anything i can do or anyone i can contact to get him back for taking my pionts. his gamer tag is vvarr1or if that helps. don't trust that guy.

Yes tell Microsoft you foolishly gave away your account information so he could glitch an achievement for you. I'm certain Bill gates himself will assist you. They wont do a thing don't give your information away.

ya i know it was dumb, but like i said i thought i could trust this guy, and i am taking it as a life lesson, but is there any way i can mess with the guy for being a *****benmonkey6

I truly doubt it because you have no proof and you have your account back. They might think you bought a bad game but since you can't get a refund you're making up a story.

phone microsoft and tell them he is glitching achievements for people and stealing the points. they can look into it and after that you will hear nothing more but you never know he might get a ban if you download the DRM tool off xbox.com you can transfer the licence for the game over to your console. then he wont be able to play it anymore. that will mean he hasnt made anything from this. you wont get your money back from him,. just move the licence over to your xbox and he cant play the game and you can trust me you got off lightly most of these guys change your password and email address and keep your account and charge as many things to it as they can and finally change the gamer tag with your money so its now there account and you loose it for ever

Correct, It's your own fault. There's a reason you have an e-mail and password combination to protect your account :) Richie

Pretty stupid to give away your account details for any reason, let alone just for an achievement. But you can atleast stop him playing the game he bought - go to xbox.com and use the DRM licence transfer tool. That will take back the licence to play the game from that console so only you can use it. While you still have lost 1200 MS, and have a game you may not want, atleast the other person doesn't. Then chalk it up to one of life's lessons and be glad you didn't give away anything really valuable. If you'd had a credit card linked to your account they could have charged for more points then bought all the content on Live with your account
