i can get any 2 of these choices or only get 1 if i get guitar hero. which 2 (or 1 if i get guitar hero) should i get?

Condemned + Dead Rising and GRAW2.

It's best to wait for Burnout 5. Most Wanted gets boring before you finish it. The other choices aren't very good I think.

nfs carbon is say all name but not a great game, it doenst add any thing, game play is really bad, tuning part is very old (nfsu2 was better)
