A Nice Surprise from the Microsoft Repair Center!

I sent my xbox 360 in (and got it back the following week which was awesome!) and I got an little surprise as well!

They included a one month subscription to Xbox Live Gold and they gave me a grey faceplate instead of my boring old white one.

Good to see that their repair centers are going the extra mile in getting our systems back ASAP and adding a little bonus.

Anybody else experience this?

they told me ahead of time i would get one month free xbox live gold but the faceplate thing is new to me, i gotta wait another week to get mine back from the repair center, we'll see how it goes.mrman43807

I bought my 360 and it had a free 1 month gold pass. I think its because of that Arcade Unplugged (idk whats it called) that came with it. Too bad I didn't get any faceplate:(ProductNumber49

more like nice joke... a surprise would be giving you an elite instead, or a new game, or letting you slap gates for making you pay for repairs

for the faceplate they probly lost ur original or broke it and for the 1 month xbox well.. how long do these repairs usualy take, your losing that time u paid for it ould be an insult if they didnt include that, afterall it is thier console that broke that you paid for..
