I just got my elite and hook it up to my broadband. But when I download a movie off the video marketplace and after a while, it stopped for no apparent reason, could someone please tell me why?

in all seriousness now, can you still connect online with XBL?
this is why i asked, theres this little thing people call trouble shooting. maybe your system is having some issues itself, if your online playing is effected as well. There really is no other reason to have a DL stop unless your systems messed up, the file is not being shared, etc. theres lots of reasons.
My online play is not affected. Games and demos are being downloaded. But why not movies can't be downloaded. What you do suggest I do? Clear the Cache?

if its all movies, i would make a phone call to the help line, and ask wtf is going on. If its a particular movie, maybe somethings screwed with that file or something. Regardless i would make the call, and get them to look at it.
If everything else is working but that, then its a screw up on thier end, not on yours.
