A question for Halo fans

How is the single player campaign in Halo 3? I know that all of the bells and whistles are in the multi-player, though keep in mind that I'm a casual FPS player.

When I have enough money, I'm going to buy an Xbox 360. I'm going to get the original Halo (it's only $9.99 at BEST BUY!) and I might buy Halo 3, as well. I plan to get Xbox Live, though not immediately.

Thanks. Yeah, I just want a fun single player to play until I get Xbox Live. There's a chance that I might buy a new computer before I get Xbox Live. So, it might be summer or fall at the earliest before I go on-line. Though, I can't wait! :D

The campaign is great specialy in co-op and with skulls. But MP is were it is at. The multiplayer is amazing specially with friends. And why not get live immediately, thats the main thing u need for the 360 experience.JaviBonilla23

Possibly because I might spend all of the money on the system and games at first, I'm completely confused on how and what I need to connect to Xbox Live, and I might get a new computer later this year anyway.

It's fun, but it get's boring after a while.

Well, I have only finished the fight once. Recently, I've been occupied with Marcus Fenix. Nonetheless, I do like the campaign. It's cinematic and a bit touching. Nevertheless, I experienced multiplayer, but I didn't enjoy it.
