A survey for us 360 Owners

I've compiled a 10 question survey about Gamespot's 360 owners. Some of the questions are general data and others were inspired by polls commonly seen (by me) on GS. There is no other purpose for this poll beside my intrinisic quest for data... I wanna see what makes this community tick ;) If you have a second, drop by and vote... the results may answer questions or satisfy you in some way... plus, it would make Yoshi happy if you did... and isn't that all that matters =D

Done! A nice survey ;) Although I think you might have set the age-range brackets a bit too low. There are a lot of people on GS over 25, y'know!Jam_FDUK

Be it as it may, I feel that the majority are in the sub-25 range... but the results will prove me right or wrong, now won't they? :) Just to make sure, were you able to view the results afterward? Oh, and thanks for taking the survey

True, true! Er, I didn't really look for the results, to be honest! A banner popped up to ask me if I wanted to create my own questionaire, so I don't think so.

Actually the average age for a gamer is 33 years old. But for a gamer who also uses gamespot forums its gonna be younger. But your survey is for gamespot forum xbox players so it works.pigonthewing

I was under the impression that it was around 27... guess it went up since my last visit ;) But yeah, I knew my audience pretty well (the forum audience). If I was posting anywhere else, I might have had to up the age ;)

Hmm, I just wnet back and tested it.. it accepted my answers as long as there were 1-3 selections =/... As far as I know it should work as long as you don't pick none or 4+....

No problems now. I have closed and re-opened the link and its worked fine

I did the same thing you did, I put all my fav genres, which was about 6 and then saw it could only be three.

Done, let me know what's the result. BTW, I think you should add one more question about what system we own because I have Core + HDD. And some people may be Prenium + 120GB HDD.

Good suggestions for me to mull over... there will definitely be more polls in the near future, since this one has a good turnout... I'll have to keep my eye on the Gamespot pulse.... :)

It's easier to narrow down the answers this way =P Otherwise I'd have a ton of results for most options =D

Actually limiting the age isn't very scientific because it will skew the results and won't provide as accurate a picture.

BTW I couldn't take the survey (must have reached limit) but I'm interested to see the results.
