About CoD....

....no, its not a rant topic, in fact, I'm looking for opinions in here. I'm looking for a good shooter to play, so I was thinking about the CoD game series. So, the choise is MW, WaW or MW2. The thing is.... I'm looking for a singleplayer game. I dislike playing online because of lag, cheaters, singing hight-piched kids and so forth, so I was wondering which of these are the best to play yourself, or thought co-op (split-screen naturally), I was also wondering if any of these games support bots in multiplayer mode. I'm currently on side of WaW since I heard it has the best story, co-op campaing AND nazi zombies, but offcourse I want to know your opinions.

So, in short: Which next-gen CoD gives the best single player (and co-op if possible) experiance?

PS: I was also considering B: BC2, but I heard it has a short and rather unreplayable storyand lacks both bots and split-screen in multi, which is bullcrap. Offcourse, I might be wrong, so if anyone can correct me on this one I will apreceate it

The only recent CoD game that has a playable SP is CoD 4.

I suggest you pick up either Bad Co. 1 or 2.

Just get one of the Battlefield Bad Company games. They have much better campaigns.

If you want a fun single player shooter, I say Borderlands. I had a lot of fun playing that game and I usually enjoy multiplayer more. Coop with friends or just by yourself, Borderlands awesome.

I tried that game, but coludnt get into it. I just was... boring, for some odd reason. I'm looking for something to blew the steam off, a typical go forward and kill everyone type of shooter. And does new battlefield have offline multiplayer? Just wondering, so far WaW looks like my type of thing...

id go with World At War because of co-op campaign and zombies, COD4 and MW2 campaign's are short and only MW2 has co-op but not as lasting as zombies in WAW, and do yourself a favor and stay away from Bad Company 2, short campaign with nothing memorable or special and no co-op.

i was a big fan of mw2s campaign, but its really short and spec. ops is designed for co-op play, BUT i did see mw1 and waw used at gamestop, and waw is $20 while mw1 is $30 so you could get both of those and save more money than buying mw2

MW2 is awesome in my opinion. Have you thought about Battlefield Bad Company 2. It's very Noob friendly (Not Saying you're a Noob, It's just easy to pick up and play).
