My guess is, too many people are downloading it all at once.

I found this DLC took a long time to load too, and required a 'Title Update' which wasn't automatically triggered so I had to delete the current title update from the memory blade. In single player it works fine, and is a great addition to the title. BUT... I'm having the devil of a job playing any multiplayer modes since installing the Da Vinci Disappearance DLC - hardly anyone else seems to be on the servers so it takes ages for a session to load, and when I do manage to get into a game I get thrown off the Ubisoft servers before the session is completed and any score i have managed to get disappears into the ether. This has happened every single time I've tried Multiplayer since installing the new DLC. Sometimes it even disconnects me from Xbox Live altogether. Has anyone got any ideas what to do, or is it a UbiSoft/Microsoft problem to fix?

You can't do much from your part. The matchmaking in AC: Brotherhood can be slightly deficient, sometimes. I'd say that you need to wait for more people to download the DLC and you'll get matched faster.

Fair comment - that makes sense on the "not many players" front. Thanks for the input - I was worried it was something i was doing. On which note, I've just remembered that I made a change to my wireless router settings the other day (the same day as I downloaded the DLC, wouldn't you know) that almost certainly explains why I keep getting booted off the games I can load. *kicks myself*

I hadn't noticed anything about it DL'ing slowly, but a strange thing was for some reason, when it was interuppted(by playing online or watching netflix during the download) it wouldn't automatically resume. I had to go back to the marketplace to resume the download- it wasn't even in my active/pending downloads. Regarding the online issues, there has been much discussion on the ubisoft AC:B MP forums about it, but aside from the average over-long wait times, I haven't seen much difference since the DL completed.
