Account Management problem...

Last night when I tried to play my 360, I signed on and it said that my payment option changed and I needed to update my profile. I click "update profie," it takes me to the screen where you are supposed to update everything, and then it just automatically either goes back to the dashboard, or signs me out for no reason. It wont let me update my profile at all. I even tried to go into a game first and connect to xbox live from there, and then update it. It still wouldn't work. It makes no since to me because literally 3 hoursbefore then I played Halo 3 only without any problems. Does anyone else no what is wrong? Thanks in advanced.

I don't know what the problem is, but try going to billing.microsoft.com and logging in with your XBL email and password. You can edit your payment options there.

Not sure what is wrong but try clearing the cache and then updating your profile:
