Nothing, they are simply bragging rights and show how good you are at games. They show what kinds of achievements you've done for a particular game.
i guess it most popular to try to get as much as you can...for bragging rights. eh and thats about it, nothing special:?
Theyre for bragging. Or if you look at someones gamertag, you can usually judge if they're good or not by looking at their gamerscore. Then again, it may just show how much they dont have a life.
