Achievement Points are very addictive!

Is it just me? But if a game was to be released on the X360 & PS3 I would rather get the X360 version. What do you think of Achievement Points? Are they just useless? Or do they actually give you a chance to show others what you have accomplished for a particular game? I think they are usefull in cmoparing what you have & have not done.

P.S. I own both systems :)

Achievement points are extremely addictive.

I would´nt have gone searching for all the target marks in lost planet if there was no achievements to be gained.

The replay value has greatly improved IMO.

Some people on its leaderboards actually have like 25,000 kills.Holy crap! Talk about no life. I've had the game since day one and only have like 1300 kills.

Thats pretty low. I got the game sometime just before Christmas and i've reached just about 7000 kills. The 3000 kills seems like ages away.

Yeah co-ops cool, games these days seem to be having co-op so i think it will become the next big thing in games.

I love the new Rewards program for achievements.  I got a free game and some Microsoft pts for just improving my gamerscore.  The rewards don't get sent out till April, but I can't complain since they are free.

I'd say some of Achievements were presents from the Devil.

What this about getting rewards for Achievement Points?

Where can you sign up for it if you're in the UK... or are we getting the short straw like with everything?
