advice- xbox360 vs xbox

hey there all,

 i am considering buying an xbox 360, and i currently have a lot of fun on the xbox. As I'm a poor student, $400 for xbox 360 is about 1/3 of my life savings! Is it worth it? In everyone's opinion, what features of the 360 would justify such a big purchase/is it really that much better than xbox? just wanted to see what people have noticed in their own experience b4 i buy. thanks!

does anyone know how good the xbox live online play is for the 360? also- i have a ps2 but one reason i'm considering the switch is the graphics. are the 360 graphics a whole lot better? and has anyone been able to buy cheaper, used games for 360?

i dont think you should. you sound like your not the type that spends a lot of money on video games. if your tired of your original xbox i say you move on to a ps2. its only $130 and you got plenty of titles to chose from.thisguy51
