My Xbox360 finally went off to heaven. *cry* I thouht I had a lucky one that wasn't gonna give me the death rings.

So I called and they said that it was fully covered including shipping, which is cool.

My question...

How has other peoples experiences been with this? Is it normally fixed for good? Are they quick with it?

Thanks for any responses.

It depends on were you live. If you live in the US it should take long(I think) And I got my own repaired. Little damage on the exterior(a piece of plastic was missing).

Mine was fine when I got, they usually are. But some people have gotten them back and turned them on and they have the RRoD again.

I sent mine in and got a refurb back in about a month. It's been running ok but sometimes while loading it starts to make a clicking sound. Occasionally it times out and I get a disc read error but other than that it's been working fine.

It took about two weeks for them to send me another one and the replacement has been running fine for almost two years now.

I haven't sent mine in yet, but I hear it's a pretty reliable fix.

I live in MD about 45 min from downtown D.C. My 360 all in all took about 2.5 weeks and upon arrival of the package, I realized they sent me a brand new system.
